• FOOD SHOULD BE FUN

Get to know Chassie

I am a graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. I am a certified Transformational Coach and I have spent thousands of hours in the kitchen learning, burning and getting curious about food.

My clients say that I’m fun, a compassionate listener and I stretch them out of their comfort zones without ever feeling like they had to leave in the first place.

5 things I know for sure.

You are unique and your diet and exercise should reflect that.
Nutrition and health go hand in hand with self-love and having fun.
Healthy eating is not about deprivation. It’s about getting curious and exploring new and uncharted territory.
You deserve to feel your very best. Every. Single. Day.
Making changes are so much more fun with someone who supports and stretches you.
I want to live in a world…

Where people cook with the zest and abandon of Julia Child and the energy and passion of Jamie Oliver. Slurpees are a superfood, and the smell of rain could be bottled and sold as an essential oil.

As a chef and nutritionist I’ve been featured on FOX 5 San Diego, CBS Channel 8 News, San Diego Living, The CW San Diego and in San Diego Magazine (twice!), Encinitas 92024, NourishMint Wellness, and soon to be Food52, Sunset Magazine and Food Network {Manifestation at it’s finest}.

When I’m not developing recipes, hosting cooking classes or coaching clients you can find me renovating our 40+ year old house with my husband, Steve, playing Cards Against Humanity with friends, pretending I look good dancing in the kitchen and cuddling my two wheaten terriers, Cera and Rylee.
