Hi Friends! I have finally come up for air and I have fun and exciting news to share. I enjoyed the holidays. WOO! Instead of overwhelming myself with the vicious cycle of shop, wrap, drink and repeat, I gave myself a break, slowed down and I did Yoga. Lots and lots of yoga. I also took a break from my annual bake fest, I bought most of my gifts online and I took a few extra days off work. It actually made for a very enjoyable holiday.
I also finished the month with a cooking segment on San Diego 6 Living. I made a grass-fed beef stir fry with coconut lemongrass brown rice and then I turned it into a yummy breakfast. I hope Bobby Flay and Giada are ready for me! The cooking segment was set-up from dear friends at The Whole Journey to help promote our Cooking Class series this month!
We have three really awesome cooking classes that begin Monday, January 14th. The details are below and there are still a few spots left. You also get a discount if you want to attend all three.
You can register for the classes here! I hope to see you there.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed your class and all the food last night. Thank you so much! We are both very inspired to incorporate all these recipes into our routines. And Steve did a wonderful job standing in. Thanks again.
2 chickens roasting in my oven today, used Kerigold butter & pink Himalyan salt plus the other ingredients. Woo hoo! Thanks, Chassie – it was a great class & great fun!!
