It was a miracle… but I’m so glad it did because I was so proud to stand next to my little sister on her wedding day. It was a day that was as unique as she is. Tropical Skittles bridemaids and groomsmen, beer koozies everywhere we went, Nattie Light – yes I channeled spring break chass and joined in on the fun, a push-up contest with yours truly vs. the airforce firefighter groom – it’s amazing what a little liquid courage will make you do but I’m proud to say that I held my own! Parents that drank more than the 22 year old military boys and an amazing husband that stepped in last minute to take photos of it all.
It was a wonderful week and an absolute joy for me to see my lil sis so in love and full of light. Her husband is a sweetheart with a warm smile and a great sense of humor. Together they make an adorable ken and barbie couple. Here are a few Diana photos from the big day but if you want to see the really good stuff visit Steve’s wedding blog.
and last but not least…the photographer hard at work.
