Hi all! Just a quick note about some delicious little fellas that I’ve been making a lot of lately! I like to call them chickpea croutons because they are crunchy, salty and are great in salads and on soups!
I debuted these in my Build a Better Salad cooking class last night and I promised I would share the recipe today so here she is!

1 15oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
1 teaspoons turmeric
1 teaspoons smoked parpika
1 teaspoons sea salt
Heat over to 425º. Toss all the ingredients together and roast for 25
minutes until chickpeas are browned and crispy.

This looks delicious and a recipe even I can put together!
Made these tonight for my salad…added a little cayenne pepper for a kick. Awesome!
